People really be thinking it takes 9 hours total. Time spent finding the item, time to load it, unload it, drive to get it. Gas to pick up. Place to store it, everythikg comes into play. And the paint gun doesn't cost 20$ nor do the tools to get the job done. But still a good flip.

I don’t want to sound negative but I used to enjoy buying vintage and antique furniture on Facebook marketplace and you can’t get it intact anymore. Most pieces now have huge patches of attempted sanding, hardware removed or junky paint all over them because people tried to follow these tutorials and ruined a piece. Pieces that look like this aren’t always, or even often, solid wood. People are sanding veneer off of particle board. These videos need a disclaimer for non-professionals. Or a “do not try this at home, your results may vary and will probably just destroy your stuff”
@LAK12533 ай бұрын
You're so much better at this than when I first started following you...like no shade or anything. I think your growth is impressive. Everything you're putting out looks great and much more high end.

I love that you’ve got your own store front now & are building your own shelves, but I miss the furniture flips in your garage & driveway.
@A6Legit3 ай бұрын
Amen. I really don't like when people take perfectly good solid wood furniture and paint it. Pro tip, use stripper to get the finish off. It probably takes just as long but it's less work and you don't lose as much detail in the wood trying to sand stain off.
@Marianne-i9r4 ай бұрын
What product did you use to paint over and wipe off? Love that the wood grain still shows. We have this style in a buffet and china cabinet top. I'd like to uodate it. Thanks
@josephdavis16552 ай бұрын
Now this is a beautiful transformation. I love the light color and the pattern of the wood. Unlike a lot of these diy hack job channels that take expensive wood furniture and spray paint it just to look like some build yourself furniture you’ll get off of Amazon for 75 dollars😂 you made it over and brought life to the dresser without destroying the integrity of the wood. Classic but modern. Great work.

That's super cool. It would be awesome if your cost breakdown included your labor per hour. Time is worth something and when it comes to net profit that should be considered. So $580 is pre net. Still room for a great wage though depending on what you decide to pay yourself

This must have been before your store start-up. Gorgeous piece. I would have paid $50 for it originally. The there's amazing art deco pieces and such on market place but we don't get much in a close radius!!

Beautiful. Allowing the natural wood finish is so much more appealing than an opaque painted finish. I've been an Interior Designer for over 20 yrs. Design trends are going back to wood finishes & beiges. Gone are painted white cabinets (hallelujah!) and gray. Follow design forecasting and your products will always be successful!

Idk if the Second Lady truly had any lease agreement or not she said she did though and honestly I have heard of scammers renting out apartments and houses for rent that’s not theirs and people truly think the scammer is the landlord and they pay the scammer rent and then find out they don’t have any agreement with the real landlord later on so it’s entirely possible for something like that to happen even though I don’t think that’s what happened with her in this case since a window was broken and they knew that it wasn’t normal to go in a house that way lol and she’d been arrested for something similar before I think is what the officer said. Her story would be believable if it wasn’t for those two things though.
