I always use White Primer! Especially if i'm doing light colors!

Jordon John yes, just make sure you let the primer cure completely

Jordon John whatever I recommends on the can, just make sure you get primer (white paint+primer will be too thick so make sure you get just primer)

Clear would've made it look 10000x more professional / factory, without clear it looks like the stolen bikes you always see where kids slap a bunch of gold rustoleum on them from the dollar store.
