Hi When I'm clear coating the clear is looking cloudy when it is hitting the panel, why is that

Is it the clear looking cloudy or is it the basecoat being moddly? If it is actually the clear coat it could be you are putting it on too heavy or possibly just a more yellow clearcoat. What kind of clear are you using? Is it a high end clear?
