It's beautiful but the proportions do seem off. Not only is the head to big but the face itself is quite large. Her actual head and hair need to be further out. The technical skill is obviously there, but it's one of those pieces that look great up close, but the further you step away the more you realize all of of the proportions are slightly off. It almost looks like a hole was cut into the canvas and a woman is poking her face out

Yes, art is often subjective and open to interpretation, but something being out of proportion is a different thing. While the face and hair of this drawing is excellent, below that it makes no sense, whether it’s a chair or her shoulders. It appears unnatural and impossible in a piece that is intended to be realism. The artist is obviously incredibly talented, but they should work on and practice the anatomy and proportions of the body to really improve.

Strawbaeri no doubt, the skill involved is significant but I was just trying to make a helpful observation so that she can improve her painting even more

Good criticisms are appreciated by good artists who wants to improve anyway. Great artwork, still.

Yeah I could be totally wrong with my opinion but it looked like the neck wasn’t in the right place of the torso (or whatever that part of that area is) it just didn’t look right. But like I said I could be totally wrong. I say this cause I only took one art class

If everyone looked at Michaelangelo's 16th chapel and said ah fuck it I'm never going able to do that we would all be that 1 episode of SpongeBob when he becomes smooth and turns into like a copy and paste but more depressing because there would be no art. No music because Beethoven bent over and gave everyone the L and no one dared. Boring clothing because people looked at Coco Chanel and said no point. Look at how many different styles of art there is. Look at the fashion industry throughout the ages. How much music has been produced and played. These amazing people we see had to get somewhere big from someplace. She could be this centuries Pablo Picasso for all we know. But just think of this. It's ok to feel that your art isn't the best and self critique. But it's not ok not to try and strive to be the best and it's not ok to compare your self. It is like that you are comparing how you look to a brick wall. You can not be a brick wall. But you can be better that a brick wall. Surpass that brick wall. In short keep going. You'll never know where you might end up but you might me the next best whatever you want to be.

I'm confused to why so many people are saying "don't listen to the haters" or something with the same meaning etc etc. I don't see any hate comments- I just see people love the art or saying those things- but yes- the art is absolutely amazing and it takes great talentp
