As the nights get shorter and colder (at least in the UK!) the daytime light changes, becoming warmer in hue and with lengthening shadows from the sun being lower in the sky. Grahame will look at making a painting appear like winter without making it cold and unattractive and we will look at how to create a dramatic winter sky.
