Line the inside of the mirror frame with the Long LED strip and it looks like the mirror is traveling back forever..made one before...it looks epic..especially with all the changing colors...Its a great idea

I made something very similar last summer but I put a strip of diffusion on it so it was more solid instead of getting those individual leds showing. Great work though!

you could try connecting the LED's to a skipping rope and swing it around while taking photos to create light orbs, me and my family did this and they turned out great!

I don't know if you already thought of this, but another cool addition or version of this light stick would be to put a handle midway through the stick and make something to allow it to spin freely from that point. You could get some really cool shots that way!

An embedded LED 3d print would be really cool! I bet you could mess with the thickness of the plastic to diffuse the LEDs in cool ways.

I actually have the same strip from the same guys that I use in my dynamic ambient lighting. Have it hooked up to an Arduino and made it so the light mimics the screen's color and audio as well. This particular strip is really nice because it runs directly at 5V, which is perfect from an Arduino, no need for an extra power supply. Do be careful when modifying the strip though; it's pretty dang fragile when you bend it the wrong way. Ruined a few segments and had to cut those out. My current strip is still slightly damaged, with some colors not working properly unless I fiddle and hold some parts still. Otherwise, I would still highly recommend this strip, especially if you want to hook it up to an Arduino, due to it being 5V and how bright it is even at 5V. I do have some videos on my channel demoing what the end results of my dynamic ambient lighting look like. Followed a guide mostly for the Arduino and coding parts, but I modified the code myself to include audio processing and color calibration.
