I started out in a body shop at 15 and enjoyed it. But in 2011 a huge hail storm came through my body shop and I started training for PDR.

As a PDR tech myself, the big ones I use a soft tip then a sharp tip just like you you did. Awesome work. I also use a carbon tech rod.

Thank you for this video. I have been looking for a demonstration of how to address 4 similar dents on my aluminum Miata hood. Right or wrong, I applied a little heat with the heat gun to the dents. Two of them self corrected about 50% almost immediately. Did not expect this with aluminum. I will address the remaining dents using your method.

you must be careful not to burn the paint using heat gun you can over heat easily

I wish you would have shown the tips on the hail rod you used. I noticed the older f 150 aluminum works easier. The new 23 or 24 good luck very difficult to move
