So for those of us who don't have (NFC) and have been trying to figure it out for the last 30 minutes...We do what?...I tried everything except I one thing; Clear it out of Bluetooth/Unpair (don't have the option of "forget this device") and re-pair it by holding down button til' the sound, then double press button. Basically, just turn off device and Boom, then go through the whole process.

Tried and tried could not get two Boom 2’s to pair. not worth the effort. Leave these pieces of crap and go with a quality speaker. Bowers and Wilkins T7.

"Impossible to connect" is the error that shows up on my samsung s5 when i try to connect the speaker (turned off) to the phone
