Pajero/Montero 6g75 Valve steam seals replacement (Rope method)

I bought a Pajero 2008 3.8 which oil keeps desapearing from the case 1L per 1500km and smells a little when start the engine or leave it idling for some time and than race the engine. Based on what I read, the problem might be these seals. You made it look an easy job. Thanks for sharing.

Very normal thing with 6G7 engines.

he basically put a rope inside the cylinder through the spark plug hole, and then turned the engine until it compressed the rope which filled up all the empty space in the cylinder and so the valve wont fall into the engine
