𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
Ingredients For 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫/ Aloo Pakode
Gram Flour (बेसन) - 250 Gram
Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tbsp
Salt (नमक) - As per Taste
Crushed Red Chilli Powder (कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
Corainder Leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Water (पानी) - As Required
Potato (आलू) - 1 medium size
Oil (तेल) - As Required
Ingredients For Palak Chaat
Spinach (पालक) - As Required
Oil (तेल) - As Required
Boiled Potato (उबले आलू) - As Required
Boiled Chickpeas (उबले चने) - As Required
Curd (दही) - As per Taste
Pomegranate (अनार) - Some
Crunchy noodles ( सेव नमकीन) - Some
Chilli Flakes (मिर्ची) - As per Taste
Sweet Chutney (मीठी चटनी) - As per Taste
Green Chutney (हरी चटनी) - As per Taste
Kokam Chutney (कोकम चटनी) - As per Taste
Black Salt (काला नमक) - As per Taste
Roasted Cumin Seeds (भुना हुआ जीरा) - As per Taste
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, take a bowl & put Gram Flour/Besan by sieving it. Then put Carom Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Salt, crushed Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Leaves & mix all well. Then make a perfect lumps-free batter by using Water. Cover & keep it for 10 minutes.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐝𝐚, wash Potatoes & Spinach & wipe them & slices the Potato with the slicer. Dip Potato & Palak in the batter and let the extra batter drip off. Deep fry until they get golden brown from all sides. Likewise, fry all the pakoras. Serve and enjoy the Tasty Pakodas with Sauce, Chutney, or Tea.
