पालक, हरी सब्जियां,नारियल,सफेद तिल,Millets से भी विटामिन B12 मिलता है। ये मालूम नहीं है डॉक्टर को क्या।

Sir, I suffered through it & it was worst than you told, I was unable to walk & I was completely responsible to take care of 3 months baby & it was terrific, I didn't noticed it in early time but after it worsen, Females please take care of yourself, Even none is there to take care for you, none is for your help, Health is precious than any Diamond! God blessed me that I am absolutely fine now but I suffered for 2 years.

@@english_speaking Not Much, 4 steps I followed- 1. Sleep before 11:30 2. Morning walk before 8 am, I walk 12000 steps a day. 3. No outside food without any excuse. 4. 40 min yoga.

@@english_speaking For vitamin b12 just walk 10000 steps a day and eat chicken 4, 3 times a week and fish these will increase easily vitamin b12 and do this for just 1 month it will store for 4 years

डॉक्टर साहब आपने जो जानकारी दी वह है एवं अति सुंदर है क्योंकि चीज से साफ से आपने जो बताया है वह काफी अच्छा ट्रीटमेंट है और B12 की कमी के बारे में जो शहर के लोगों को सारी जानकारियां पता होती है मगर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में इस चीज को बगैर डॉक्टर के जाए समझ नहीं आती है प्ले काफी मरीज से प्रभावित होते हैं B12 को शिकार हो जाते हैं

Thank you sir. I randomly came to this video and found that I have some symptoms which i thought were normal. I got my tests done and found that I have deficiency of b12. Thank you so much. Without this I wouldn't have thought about getting the test done. God bless

Doctor, Just now after decades I realized that my health issues due to Gallbladder Stone and inflammation due to Stone hitting wall and thus recurrent Viral and Bacterial Infection, thus high platelets and low Vitamin B12 and Haemoglobin. Now I am trying to find a doctor who can CURE instead of just TREAT THE SYMPTOMS.

Its a wonderful video Dr. Thank you so much for detailing about B12. I took B12 injections 3 times in last 4 years of span. It was suggested by Dr as i was weak and used to have pain in legs. Now, i am having tingling, numbness and imbalance along with HB level fluctuations. Now hemoglobin is stable but i am getting weaken. Kindly suggest the right path as Dr is not able to identify the root causes of weakness
