Hello iman I think as a himachali I should answer your question related to Bali....... Basically Bali is not allowed in Hinduism in earlier era rajputs used to give Bali before going to war and it was allowed for kshatriyas(warrior class) to hunt to polish their skills Well honestly speaking Bali has nothing to do with Hinduism it exists because of the tradition ls and cultures and depends on the deity demanding for it it's history and reason is very difficult to trace but most of the scholars of Hinduism and vedanta don't agree and strongly condemn these traditions as now there is no warriors you don't have to go to war because killing animals is not allowed in Hinduism for pleasure ( like fun or taste ) yeah but but if you are a warrior of you are sick and you need to eat meat than it is allowed but the culture is continuing so it is happening even though it has been stopped in lot of temples in Himachal by police but still it depends on the people they can't force anyone because it is matter of culture and history so people are very possessive about it well I personally don't like this practice. And there is not a single verse in Hinduism that you should do that

We visited there in 2019 not by road but by Kamrunaag dev to shikari Devi..we started our journey at 6AM and and reached there 4:30 PM road..we track that elevations best life time track in my life..If you visited keep atleast choclates water and food becz no shop bw that track..hmare time par paani ka jharna b sookh gya tha..than hm vaapis 5:30 bje Devidarh wapis aa gye..best track

Isliye Hinduism me aapko sochna hota hai ki aapko kya thik lagta hai. Aur hinduism me bhi bali me bakre ki jaan jati hai. Bihar ka Mundeshwari temple hi sirf ek aisa temple hai jha bina bakre ko maare uski bali ho jaati hai, banki sabhi jgeh bali me bakre ki jaan jaati hai. Eastern India jaise Bihar, Bengal, Jharkhand, Assam etc, iske alawa pahari areas jaise Himachal Pradesh, among Rajputs of Rajasthan, and some areas of South India, in sab jgeh pe bali pratha kafi common hai jabki kuch area jaise Western UP, Delhi, Haryana, Gujrat etc. in sab jgeh bali pratha nhi ke brabar hai.
