Fantastic to see Pakistan manufacturing things, especially electric mobility. There's always been such immense potential to do so well, even on a global scale. What seems to continually drag on Pakistan's development, sadly, is continually being stuck with the "legacy" things. Postal regulations from the British, politicians from corrupt era's, cars and trucks from seemingly a century ago, and petrol tanks on electric bikes!!! It's highly symbolic of the country in many ways, unnecessary "legacy" items continually getting in the way of function. As others have said, why have a fuel tank? It could be a storage, a child seat, the battery or anything else but a petrol tank to collect water in! And if some unfortunate person who doesn't know better happens to "fill it up", where would the fuel go? I imagine they probably would have still put holes in the bottom so most likely it'd be petrol over a battery?! 😅 The thing I can't understand is why these companies don't hire local talent to design something amazing?! There's huge talent in Pakistan, and even if there wasn't by all means hire someone from outside Pakistan to design a good product! They could save countless components and greatly reduce cost, weight etc while improving performance/longevity etc. But we still seem to have the old "double frame/double shock/double egg/double everything" mentality in the country, and we wonder why "double mehngai" is now so prevalent! We really need a mind shift to succeed ultimately. Less is better. Cheaper energy could transform the country. Trucks that aren't carting around half their payload in the form of a wooden/steel body would transform the trucking industry. It's literally every industry in Pakistan that has this crazy "cluttered design/process" thinking philosophy. If Pakistan designed an iPhone it'd be a double screen, double battery, double CPU, double operating system, brick that'd run twice as hot and cost twice as much! 😢 To be clear, I love Pakistan, it's a nation that's VERY close to my heart. I've eaten the namak as they say, so I can never be against the nation. But I do wish for better, I do dream to see Pakistan succeed. And I further think a great deal of where Pakistan will go in the coming few years will depend a great deal on fundamental habits of the nation. Design needs to move to the fore front. We need design a better method for governance, a better source of energy, better methods of transportation, of trade, of housing and food. We need to be a nation that puts effort into designing a farm more equitable future. And of course, we can't forget product design, that's important also. So, keep up the good work, both those manufacturing in Pakistan and those making videos on the factories of Pakistan. It's really great to see. Thanks again :-)
