Hypocrisy indeed. An utterly biased report by the VoA. By the admission of its own military leaders Pakistan uses terror in India as an instrument of policy. So why doesn't the narrator criticize the US for not having relations with Iran due to US claims that Iran is a terrorist state? And it is a pipedream to conclude that Modi will be forced to talk to Pakistan - no he will not until Pakistan apologizes for past and current terrorism and gives credible assurances that it has ended its terror in India policy. Also Modi does not need to bring up Pakistan to win the election - this is another pipedream propagated by the Pakistani apologists to give themselves self importance. India does not need Pakistan and sooner these folks realize this, the better.
