I dont know how we missed this one, but we watched it yesterday, its such a nice vlog, and we even wrote down the diet that man was telling you about, 2 cups ginger tea in the morning with wheat bread/roti, mutton/chicken weekly only, and also another great information was to know about the Apricot, i also know about apricot, that they use apricot oil as well which also contributes to longevity. :)

When you went to meet the oldest person of the village , You see the channal water is dusty and water is polluted water flowing out side if the Senior person's home. Well, the Hunza Valley has become a very popular tourist destination, and therefore, some of the locals have learned to try and make money out of the visitors, like in many other places in the world. After all, it's a major source of income for them.
