Although architecture wise too modern having advanced touch and stunning elevation but this villa style is not for our country. Privacy and security major will be face out for buyer. More this is only one villa is exist in entire area too scary. Please try to demonstrate according to city. You are measuring in kanal and marla so this is not Lahore but this is Karachi. Say in 500yards but not one kanal because here nobody knows it.
