Murder is not a big issue in Pakistan specialy in Karachi some years back we saw 100 and 200 murders in target killings in a single day when Mqm Anp and Lyari gangs were fighting with each other for extortion money and land grabing disputes.

India also has low productivity, adverse trade balance with China and Russia, relies on remittances from unskilled and semiskilled labour export, massive corruption and huge unemployment. Better improve or will become next Pakistan.

Thanks to Allah i m working in a Bank . Although its a bank but i suffered from late salary payment in my last job . The Company paid the salary usually by 10th for the previous month but many times paid by 20 & 25th . It was very depressing to work when u dont get salary on time . When i first joined the bank i got my salary before the end of my first month end . Full salary & 5 days before month end , i was very astonished but this is normal in banking industry . Although banking industry has its own cons but salary payment is always before time .
