Eggs 2
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Vanilla extract 2 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Milk 1 cup or yogurt or sour cream
Cinnamon 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Baking soda 2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
All purpose flour 2 cups

Keema Marinade 3 pound
Oil as needed
Onion 1 large chopped
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Kalonji 1 tsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Green cardamom 4
Black cardamom 3-4
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Cloves 3-4
Cinnamon sticks 1 big
Bay leave 1
Green chilies 1 chopped
Karelay 4-5 chopped and squeezed water
Green peas optional 1 cup
Tomatoes 2-3 chopped
Cilantro and mint for topping
