Hello Friends, A traditional recipe with very light masala and made in less oil. Ingredients: 500grms chicken. Fry chicken in 2 tblsp oil and keep aside. 4 small onions or 2.5 big onion 3 green chillies Little curry leaves ( Optional ) Boil the above in water accept curry leaves than later cool down and blend it along with curry leaves. 5 tblsp oil Whole spices : 1/2 tsp shah jeera few pepper corns 2 black cardamom 1 bay leaf hing 2 Medium size Tomato Blend or 1/2 cup tomato puree 1 tomato chopped in chunks 2 tsp crushed chillies or 2 green chillies chopped. 1 tblsp grated ginger 1tblsp garlic paste Dry Masalas: 3tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp GM & Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp.paparika or Kashmiri RC powder ( Optional) 1/2 cup or little less curd 1/2 tsp jeera methi Powder ( Optional) Garnish : Chopped coriander & 2 whole Green chillies.
