You can follow a common recipe for cooking but cook it with aloo that'll be good. But for Indians, it comes under the umbrella of vegetables like lauki, kaddu, karela

Ok here it is my recipe 1- Cut parwal in 4 pieces 2- saute fry them in mustard oil 3- in the same pan add 2 tea spoon of oil and add in chopped onions (if ur cooking for one person 2 small sized or 1 medium sized is fine) 4- in a blender add zeera,corriander, garam masala, garlic and ginger 5- add this mixture to the onions and add 2 small sized or 1 medium sized tomato and keep cooking that masala 6- add those sauted parwal , add tumeric , salt and most importantly kasuri methi(dried) . Ps- this recipe is meant to be dry don't add a lot of water actually don't add water at all. Enjoy it with rotis , do let me know how they turned out. Regards Ankita.
