It is a Prestige Augusta villas in Harmavu Bangalore . It is a beautiful residential society of Prestige Group . It is a Luxury residential society. 3 bhk villa cost around ₹4 / 5 cores in Indian rupees .

Its a cope that somehow people living in mohallas likes chaos around them, will miss that, etc. Give any of the family living in congested mohallas with lot of going on at the same time a chance to move in some bungalows to make their primary residence they'll gladly accept it. Everyone loves peace and calmness. When you are not at busy place one can obeserve nature more profoundly. And thats why people try to have farm house, beach house, etc. Initially the sudden calmness affects you but give some months and one don't want to get back in the chaos. This is from personal experience my family has moved out from such place now live in a much quieter place and our perspective have changed drastically.

This is township not posh area. Posh areas usually have multi storey homes. Such posh areas are found everywhere in india, including Suburban cities.Usually the city named after district have rich areas with each house having valuation in crores of rupees.compared to this, this township looks affordable (of course for rich people). Even towns which are unheard of ,have more rich areas than this township. This is clean and nice but if we are getting impressed by this, imagine the scale of Beauty around actually posh areas.

To be frank, we have seen them submerged in rain water. Bengaluru is one of the most corrupt place. Wipro chairman and other were rescued from such places after rain last year. Point is Bengaluru is developed but very unplanned. Nagpur, Indore, Chandigarh are ideal cities.
