Love this. We don't have to be "stiff" in delivering good service. Just be our relaxed selves, but still pay attention to proper etiquette and demeanor during service.

They have so much to do to match those leading full service carriers. They need a leadership change and a mindset change from the top. The young staff are great at doing their job. I travel 52 weeks of the year in business class including PAL so im a pretty good judge. 82 years is good but you need to change with the times.

PAL has fallen behind big time and the service crew needs retraining with good customer service. We all pay the same fares and should be treated equality without the rude and arrogant attitude. The PAL advertising and promo are impressive but under delivery. PAL needs to step it up and improves their overall services otherwise they are doomed.

I know this question will be something you won't hear very often. As much as I love the Philippines and Filipinos, I don't care for most Filipino food items. Do you have any comments for that one American that is so picky, that he doesn't enjoy Filipino food like everyone else he knows? Maybe Philippine Airlines is not for me?
