You were very well organized, stated the skill you were going be presenting, gave a list of what would be covered, stayed on topic, made great analogies, and demonstrated what the viewer needed to know in a way that could be understood by beginners using the Fuji XT3. Your personality and rapport was just the right amount to keep people interested.

I live in Brazil and watch your videos for a few months, before I used a Nikon D750 and earlier this year I sold all my equipment to buy my X-T3 that arrives this week. I've been learning a lot with you ... I want to congratulate you for all the effort and work you have done to keep your audience informed, it is the best, without being afraid to show the flaws! Once again, congratulations!

Hey! I'm writing this comment more than two years after you posted this video. First, thanks for breaking down the autofocus settings. They were legit stressing me out. Second, thanks for being so candid! I understand all too well the pitfalls of perfectionism and how it can suck the energy and joy out of even the strongest of passions. That said, it seems like you've worked something out. I'm happy to see that you're still doing what you're doing. Your enthusiasm is infectious.

I've watched this video about 4 times so far, and will probably watch it at least another 4. Jumping from an x-e1 to an x-t4 I feel like OH MY GOD, THE FEATURES lolol I love everything about this camera, and of course upgraded FOR the features, but I would be totally lost without your videos. Thank you!! And congrats on 107k :D

I am new to the Fuji system and photography in general. Your videos show how something can be a source of art, learning and fun at the same time. . .

I’m currently a Nikon shooter, yet I find your videos great. No need to worry about what people think nor do you have to explain. Keep up the great work when you get the chance. Truthfully though, I’m buying an XT4 soon, so your videos will be more relevant FOR ME soon enough.

My first ever KZbin comment I guess. Just got the XT-4, and started looking for some basic learnings. What you do is Masterclass, the teacher with the human connection. One of the exceptions turning often asocial media into really social sharing and bonding. Keep on going and good luck!

Hey dude! I recently bought a new X-T3 and I have to say 4 videos in of binge watching your fuji playlist it has taught me more than other videos out there. This playlist I will be sharing with other fuji users new and old! Being a perfectionist isnt a bad thing it shows youre passionate about what you do. Shows you care for the people who watch your video you want it to be helpful to engage others in the photography/tech community! Without the help and support from your videos so far I'd still have a camera and not know how to use it! I want to thank you for all you do! its a massive help and I look forward to new and upcoming videos in the future, but first let me catch up on the 100 or so ive missed :D

I have been watching for a couple of years, since my family bought me a used X-T3 for Christmas. I enjoy your enthusiasm and detail. Keep up the great work. Sorry about the storm which damaged your house/studio. It seems that FujiFilm has discontinued a lot of support for the X-T3. All I could find was the manual. Thanks for this issue.

Here at 105k subscribers. Got my X-E4 2 weeks ago. Thank you for the honest outro. I was about to skip it, but stayed for the whole thing and I'm glad I did. Keep up the great work :)

Thank goodness for the pause button!! You are amazing and FAST which means LOTS of info and I love it. Thank you for going into clear detail in your videos. You have really taught me so much about my XT-3 and I love the camera. I was struggling with focus on my dog running towards me and then I found this video and voila! You nailed it.

You're freaking AMAZING never forget that! And all the knowledge you share is worth so much! It's okey to not be active all the time, creativity sometimes need time off to. And you know what, we want to see the reel you, not a perfect you, just you. Now that I have seen a lot of your videos, and this one is one older one, I can really see that you have changed your way of being in front of the camera. So you got this, and I'm really grateful for every minute you spend on this channel!

Dude, I found your channel yesterday as I am researching XT-3 system. I've binge watched several videos of yours & I'm completely happy I found you, as your teaching method is hands down the best... I've learned so much from you, as you really make it easy to understand and I really appreciate your humor & sillyness. Thank you so much for putting yourself out there... I've gotta get back your channel now... Those videos are not going to watch themselves.. 😁

Best explanation of focus modes I have ever seen! Chris your energy is amazing!! Take your time, enjoy your productions because we do! As for you perfectionist tendencies learn to settle for a 90% target. That way you will hit 80% to a 100% . Perfect for a human!

Hey Lou! Thank you so much man that really means a lot to me. Yeah it is a struggle sometimes but I'm really working on trying not to get hung up on making every single thing perfect. What has helped is simply running out of time so often and that even though I see 1000 things I want to change/improve, especially when I am editing, there is just so little time to keep a production schedule with these videos. Anyhow, it is all worth it and the #1 reason is being able to read comments like yours - thank you so much! Please do take care and keep in touch - and above all else stay safe out there.
