@@Crunchykyle I will as soon as I can. Between work, the weather sucking, and the days where I could actually ride have been foiled due to big game hunts( which closes my riding area to all general traffic).

Has anyone plated this with insurance? Can this be driven on highway
@LowspeedtraildadКүн бұрын
@@Ttiger-oe5lqmine is plated, so far I have not insured it because I've only been riding offroad. That being said, I know others have theirs played and insured aka hwy legal

Thanks for posting the content on this bike Andrew, I'm very interested in the bike but have my concerns about tuning the efi if its running lean, carburetors are so easy to adjust.
@Lowspeedtraildad10 күн бұрын
I completely understand, it's a bit of a risk with a new system. I'm sure more adept riders will learn how to flash the ecu at some point with different tunes. Keep an eye on the chinariders.net forum if you don't already. There are a bunch of mechanically minded individuals who tinker and figure that stuff out. So far, it's been a positive experience for me, but I will keep posting updates.

Nice video! Definitely considering the bike even more now. It was pulling you up hills in 5th gear like it was nothing. Do you ever even use 6th?
@Lowspeedtraildad13 күн бұрын
Thanks! Yeah it does pull quite well. I'm happy with it. I do shift into 6th on the pavement and straights out in the gravel haha. #captainslow

I have the templar X which is the same chassis with an air cooled motor. Definitely curious how these new models workout.
@Lowspeedtraildad14 күн бұрын
@@Michael-s1b Right on. I'll keep updating on the bike. I typically avoid buying anything new without reviews, but I went ahead and took the chance on this. I wanted the extra seat height and power. So far it has been nothing but a positive experience ( aside from some minor assembly quirks).

@@Lowspeedtraildad we now have a couple of these Zuumav/Xpro/Templar bikes in our riding group and each one has had a good experience.
@williamfoster426814 күн бұрын
The Templar X is not the same frame at all, they look similar but nothing will interchange between the two bikes(frame wise).
@Michael-s1b13 күн бұрын
@@williamfoster4268 yes, after some digging the frames are different but they do appear to use the same suspension. My understanding is the new frame is a bit stiffer.

Mannnn I now regret my templar purchase lol.
@Lowspeedtraildad14 күн бұрын
@@TDewl haha I actually almost bought a templar! Being a big guy I figured I should go for the extra seat height and power. I look forward to seeing some videos of more experienced riders actually putting this bike to the test.

@@Lowspeedtraildad Agreed, I would love to see a pro hop on one and see what it would do.

Is this a chinese bike? sound like it kinda.. im guessing around 30 horsepower? A basic 2-stroke 125cc motocrosser has usually around 39-44HP :D
@Lowspeedtraildad13 күн бұрын
It's a kawi klx300 clone of sorts, with higher comp, 33hp-ish. 39-44hp, you trying to kill me? You see how slow I ride 😅
@WuKuVex13 күн бұрын
@@Lowspeedtraildad oh ok thankls for the info. 33 aint bad at all :) And nooo im not trying to kill you but I think every human in the world shgould experience at least once how nice it feels when you accelerate with full power on a 40hp 2-stroke. it feels so good people used to just laugh uncontrollably when I took them for a ride and let her rip :D even compared to a inline 4 cylinder 600cc street rocket it feels so much more fun :)

:) I feel ya! The only 2-stroke I've ridden was a modded banshee. That was pretty eye opening hah. I'm sure it's even more crazy on 2 wheels. Have fun out there!
