I've been playing around with a terra rock bellydrum snorlax on a sand team with t-tar, H-arcinine, ursaluna, primarina and I'm still looking for a good electric type for in the rain. Maybe H-electrode. That might be a fun one to try out. It is quite a hard counter to all the rain teams that became so popular.

Reg H's big issue is definitely the lack of Electric mons that we've gotten used to. Best I can recommend is something like Raichu. It's got fake out, endeavor, nuzzle and eweb. Overall a great support mon that can also be ran offensively. Also gets access to Lighting Rod so you can deny Arcaludon access to Electro Shot so long as Raichu is on the field. There's also Eviolite Electabuzz, which is surprisingly good.
