You're hot. And great easy to follow recipes. But I have IBS and I'm British Indian like you. IBS means I can't eat garlic onion and many other ingredients. But the relevant one to this recipe is garlic, and garlic and onions are staples in all dishes across the world. What can I use instead of garlic?
