@@costamafie2588 Tanzania didnt look after itself ONLY in the post independence formatting years .. it couldnt build bridges in certain areas as a measure to shield liberation movements.. And it used her finance in most cases to support other Africans to achieve independence.. Kenya, on the other hand has a strange history when it comes to liberation struggles especially when in comes to southern African countries.. now SADC.. I urge you to investigate.. My ANC friend with whom I shared an apartment in Toronto.. surprised me how the Kenyan gov under Mzee Kenyatta repatriated freedom fighters back to SA during the apartheid era .. I say this not with disgust to Kenyans .. but to just let you know that .. at the time when Tanzania was immersed in the struggle of other Africans.. Kenya was enjoying investments by the very people whose strings dictated oppressive policies in South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and other places.. When Mwalimu and Tanzanians were in the trenches with our fellow Africans.. South African Nationalist party was in business with Kenya.. It is not something I relish talking about BUT it is true.. So there are many reasons for Tanzania to have lagged behind .. in addition to the fact that Tanganyika was simply a British protectorate .. after WWI, as before that Tanganyika was a German colony .. Tanganyika was NOT a preferred region for the British to make it their own home.. ! However, Kenya was known as WHITE ONLY HIGHLANDS .. Meaning, there was tremendous WHITE MONOPOLY CAPITAL investments in Kenya.. that holds the Kenyan economy today higher than most east African countries. In east Africa.. it is ONLY in Kenya where Bantus and other natives..get shot by a white man land owner passed from great great grand parents .. due to the so called trespassing in a white man's farm..! And these whites settlers dont go to jail..! Tanzania helped fellow Africans .. including negotiating for peace in Kenya in several occasions (Edward Sokoine during the Somali secession crisis .. and Kikwete during the 2007 presidential election unrest!).. and now Tanzania is trying to build itself.. So, if you dont know .. you may simply discount Tanzania's role in African liberation struggles and how it connects to the lagging behind that it has experienced over the years.. One couldnt liberate the oppressed in African by being a capitalist country with oppressors.. and western investors dont invest in socialist countries that work to liberate the oppressed and the exploited... Open your eyes.. Time to say thank you Tanzania..!

Listening to this honorable leader from the Peoples republic of Tanzania Its clear that Kenyan's do not speak Swahili sanifu and thanks to this leader they are being lectured not only on the technical delivery of a speech using # Swahili sanifu he is also at the same time lecturing the entire nation on leadership, ethics, tribalism and respect.
