For me this video was a roller coaster. An emotional roller coaster. At first when it started it was like you enter the roller coaster. Adrenaline running through your veins. Then the door opened and it's like you're going down with the roller coaster. Scary, you don't know what to expect so you scream, hoping it would help. It didn't. There is no escape at that moment. The roller coaster itself doesn't make any sense at least not yet (to me) but maybe if we ride it again, it will. And if not, then we must be patient and wait for a next roller coaster, that might make a bit more sence. Emerson Barrett, you are an amazing human being. Never forget that! You are talented and I'm honoured to be a fan of you. Thank you so much for making this and being in our lives. Thanks for saving my life. Being in the chat and just talking to you was amazing, the royal council feels more like a family than a fandom now and I love it. The video made me cry, it’s sad to see the end of this era because it’s gotten me through such tough times, but the start of a new era feels comforting. I know you will probably not read that and it might be and look stupid but thank you Palaye Royale for saving my life over and over again. Because of my childhood I have depression, anxiety and ptsd. You helped me get better with anxiety and even now when my ptsd and depression are worse and I think about killing myself again your music keeps my trying to live… I have been physically, mentally as sexually abused since I was around 4/5 and I’ve seen terrible things. My therapist says it’s not my fault but I just keep thinking that it is and that I deserved that. Anyway I know all this is stupid and unimportant I just wanted to thank you even if you won’t read it… love you guys bye

I discovered you right when i was at a very tough patch in life and i was so incredibly close to ending it that it still terrifies me to this day and i still get nightmares about what i nearly did.
