What a treasure island! I really hope that the right people will purchase such beauties. Going back to the fountain, we have one here in Jacksonville FL, in my neighborhood. It has been here since the twenties of last century. People also used to cover it. Your passion is contagious, keep it up :-)

As I am from Canada, we have an average price of properties, so probably that’s why I was curious of prices in videos. Then I watched your another video that explained about how Italian houses are unique and cannot have an average price and there is negotiating part of it. 3 at the moment, plus a very large through lounge a big kitchen a huge bathroom and an amazing veranda. All this on one floor.
