500g pork or beef
400g potatoes
optional: fermented chili paste
green onions
ginger
sichuan pepper corns
salt
50g oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground sichuan pepper
dough:
500g flour
300ml luke warm water
7g dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
