I love Natural Grocers, too! Sounds like you may be on the AIP diet. I need to get back on that myself. Was on it in Feb and March. I was eating, probably, a cup of cashews everyday,. My go to protein. I stopped that with the AIP and within the month the pain and inflammation in my right hand went away and my right knee. Haven’t had any since. Still have issues with my shoulders, though. Bless you Mandy!

Go to a Pakistani grocery their version of Icee hot comes with a small roll- on of black seed oil. Good for headache, and nerve dilations in elbow.

How do you use the Ghee? Like you would use coconut oil in the pan before stir fry I'm guessing?

Any particular stores you’d like me to visit?
@mimiluau6 жыл бұрын
Mandy Meehan It would be helpful to do like Wal-Mart, Target or a regular schmegular grocery store for people who can't easily access a natural grocery or don't make that Whole Foods money. Another idea could be to do a budget haul (maybe a $40-50 budget for the week) for people on a budget who think it can't be done. Also, as an aside, do you use Thrive Market? If you do, I'd love to see a haul of that if you use them too.

I'm not typically one to comment on videos, but your videos are by far my favorite to watch on KZbin. They are so inspiring and encouraging. I am 23, married, a believer, and have been very ill for the past 15 months since my daughter was born. I too am waiting on, working toward, and believing in my healing! I love Natural Grocers. I recently purchased the 4th and Heart Ghee and it is sooo good! Thank you for using your time and energy to share amazing content!

I have some weird questions or question 😰 don't know how this will sound or if it's just me. With what your dealing with do you or are sensitive to smells & light ? This past week was a long week for me physically & that was just a question I'm curious about. You've might if mentioned it in one of your videos & maybe I've forgotten or something. Well that is all for now, (i think) 🙈..great blessed day 💕
@MandyMeehan6 жыл бұрын
Yes! Especially smells from chemical based products! It’s gotten better as I’ve done DNRS. Chemical sensitivity/ light sensitivity is really common with CFS, CIRS, & Lyme! Have a blessed day as well 💜🙌🏽

Mandy Meehan ahhh I hate this 😓 ok so it's not just me. See I work in a dental office & for the past year since I've gotten sick I've noticed all these things. As you know in a dental office there is strong chemicals we use to clean etc..so last week I wore a mask literally almost all day because of it. 😷 thank you so much for responding Mandy. 💛

Hi Mandy! Thanks again for another video. I also to would like to know how if you budget? Yes on the haul to Wal-Mart aldi etc..I'm a Wal-Mart grocery shopper so would love to see your input. Oh & that spray rose water I LOVE! I have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp, which can flare up really bad. However it does at times travel to my forehead a bit causing flaky & lots of dryness on my face. Sooo that spray is my go to it helps in an instant! Also i think I may have psoriasis breakout through my skin & I use that for it as well, it calms the itcyness & the flare. So yes it works for me ;)... Again thanks for sharing & good luck on your tests 💛🙌

Mandy thanks for sharing what you eat. I wash all my veggies in vinegar and water because my grandmother did. Well Dr. Oz does this to. On his show he said that when he bring all produce home he fill a sink with vinegar and water and washes all his produce before he puts it in his fridge. This kill all germs and insecticides that might be on your food. I thought you might like this information. Your doing a great job eating healthy. Praying for your complete healing. Debbie Unruh
