Hi! Thank you so much for the encouraging and informative video!! I also got CFS after mono and have very high levels of EBV antibodies, but my doctor said there is nothing I can do and that it is normal for people who have had mono in the past.:(( I am determined to get better and working to retrain and relax my NS, but haven’t seen any major progress yet. How did the antivirals work for you? How are you doing now?💕

Ive suffered with fibromyalgia for many years , at first about id say around the year 2005 is when i thought something was wrong, but just brushed it off as being a young mom working 2 to 3 jobs at a time and thinking im just over doing it To finally it getting worse over time and turning to drs in 2009 trying to figure out what was going on with me🤔 When i say i had more tests than carter has pills is no joke!! I mean i literally thought at one point i was dying LITERALLY!! My thought was do i have cancer???😳😳😳 because it runs on both sidesof my family!! Do i have MS which was a thought from drs and that was ruled out , i mean just 1 thing to the next which is very stressful😒 Anyway after years of this and my symptoms getting worse and new symptoms arrising and my health just going downhill rapidly and so many tests i fibally got my answer In 2011 My dr did a test and a blood panel a spinal tap etc😳😳 and said you have fibromyalgia and theres no cure , my job i loved dearly even noticed how bad off i was and let me go as i was a nurse 😢i would still be there if i could be, i miss it so much😢 Anyway i cant even remember what its like to not have pain , ive suffered so long and my heart feels for all suffering with chronic pain Big Gental Hugs to each of you❤ I also completley understand the heart break of friends especially family not understanding what your going through even though i express what i endure daily 24/7 it just doesnt seem to get fully across😢 The worst thing ive been told is take a tylenol like the rest of us and suck it up butter cup we all have pain😢 I just wish my family 1 inperticular a sibling of mine would be a bit more kinder as they think i just basically given up in life would be more understanding is all , i express to them that i hope they never ever have to go through this HELL!! I face daily😢

1 year into being vegan and I feel pretty good. 🤔 But if I ever did seem to Need some kind of animal products to keep my health up the first place I would turn to would be bivalves, since they are as fast as we know nonsentient. That would probably fix up any problem, although scientific consensus does say that in general people can be healthy on a well planned vegan diet.

What a load of bollocks!! A plant based diet is perfect for health. Just eat raw, fresh whole foods and supplement b12. I've been raw since Jan 1st this year and I've lost around 40lbs already. That's FORTY POUNDS IN JUST TWO MONTHS!! I've been doing a little bit of exercise and eating plants. It's going great!! I had to laugh when she said half of us cannot eat carrots! Funny!!!

My grandma in a hospital bed with cancer going through kemo said she was going to die tomorrow, she knew it, it wasn't the first time she had been in there. We visited her and I was like oh grandma, don't be silly, you not going to die tomorrow. She was right, I was wrong. My mom called me and told me dad, was in really bad shape with asbestos lung cancer, if we wanted to say our goodbyes we should probably visit... just across the field. I was exhausted from diabetes and couldn't stop sleeping, and said to myself... I don't need to tell my dad I love him, the universe knows. We spent a life time together, what could I say. He died that night in his sleep from lack of oxygen. If someone says they are about to die, take it seriously, they are brutally aware of it, that they are barely hanging on by that point. I've had kittens and cats with kitty leukemia who were standing on their tippy toes to breathe because their lungs had filled up with fluid to get that last breathe of fresh air, and as soon as you try to help them and pick them up, they drown, and just like that, they die. I've looked kittens in the eyes with broken backs, knowing they'd be dead by morning from toxicity because they could no longer poop or their liver would no longer turn toxins into water soluable things that could be exited from their body. And you're carrying this kitten around who can not move, showing them the last view of the world they every see. It's the dmmnest most heart breaking thing in the world... death. I h8t3 it. These military and government people that build war machines... and bring needless pain and suffereing into the world on top of what we already have... it makes me just want to pwnch them...

It all sounds a bit sketchy with functional medicine doctors charging thousands for tests then finding them slightly off so they can get you to buy expensive supplants dangling this carrot over you of like oh we found more so we can help you heal but it seems people are always having to go back for more and more and obsessing over health constantly; spending all their money in the process.

Great video. I'm 5 years late to the party, but hearing "You're never here," or "You're never at these things," or "It's so nice to actually see you out," whenever I am able to venture out and socialize is taxing as heck. Having people make a fuss over my appearance at every function I'm able to be at makes me not want to go even when I'm feeling good. Please just say hi and treat me like I'm anyone else. Also, if you know we are chronically ill and you see us with a cane or other assistive device for the first time, please don't make a big deal about that either. Taking a cane out in public is a big step to some of us, it's the last thing we want to show the world we need. Let it go unnoticed. If we want to talk about it, we will.

Hi I’m new to your channel and 3 years late, still I’m happy to be here. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and Fibromyalgia, and with working with 2 amazing Drs., I had gotten them under control. Then I moved to Florida 4 years ago. I started to get sick again, and kept getting worse. Due to the pandemic, I could not get established with a doctor. To make a long story short. I found out my house was loaded with mold behind the walls and ceilings. I did a lot of testing on myself and my home. The mold took out 50% of my homes electricity, and about 95% of my health. My home is unsellable, and the functional Drs I met with, all said I can’t be treated until I’m out of the mold. About a year ago I started having Neuro and cognitive problems. I just was diagnosed with POTS. I’ve been praying for a Plan B, to get out of my home, and get some normalcy back to my life. I want to thank you for everything you are bringing to light on your KZbin channel. It’s so important that folks hear your story, and message of hope. You’re doing GREAT ! God Bless.

Mandy is there any program that is more affordable....
@75pdubs
@75pdubs 9 ай бұрын
The online version is $350. Between 6 months and 1 year you can get an 80% refund if it doesn’t work for you. You’re supposed to do the program for at least 6 months to see meaningful results. Joe Dispenza’s stuff is more affordable as long as you don’t get suckered into buying many meditations or going to the workshops. You can get either You Are The Placebo or Breaking The Habit, purchase the meditation that accompanies it (or upload them from a friend), and practice those. So if you get the book from the library and upload a few meditations from a friend they are free. The visualization and creating positive emotions are probably what makes the dnrs program effective anyway. So dispenza cuts out all the fluff.

My granddaughter went vegetarian, and it broke my heart. She’s having so many problems and she’s only 18 years old. You can’t even talk to her because you know dead animals and everything. She is so unhealthy. She’s very pale, very thin, which she already was anyway. She’s a very smart girl, but this so-called veganism religion. She’s on is impenetrable, it’s going to take I’m afraid a really serious physical medical issue to break her. She gets a lot of support from the family. But what I wanted to say was I was keto for six years but I was still having a lot of issues and that’s why I’m saying this about my granddaughter, because I had issues and they were not being healed by eating vegetables. I went on the carnivore diet to figure out what was going on and immediately I was already getting better. My asthma went away. My arthritis started to back off. Yes I said arthritis. I am 65 years old in August. My chronic 20+ year diarrhea, cleared up. I simply cannot go back. I tried to eat some vegetables in August of last year after being on carnivore for four months and I literally could not walk that night and that did it for me. I was done for good. Fruit does not bother me. I just don’t eat it that much, I’m always just excited to hear a young person. Talk about this. If I had only known that many years ago that I could’ve saved myself a lot of issues. I have no gallbladder I’ve had hysterectomy I’ve had two ganglion cysts removed whether that is diet related I don’t know. I’ve had so many surgeries, including DVT blood clot. I just wish I had known all about carnivore 40 years ago. I look at all these people that show up on KZbin, pushing their plant life and I say to myself how are you not affected by all of these oxalates toxins and fiber? Because I was and I did not know I had to seek out why. And you look at all the stories that are on Dr. Baker and Dr. chaffee and others many many others who found their way out of vegetables and how sick they were and it just blows your mind.

To those experiencing ill health, CFS, autoimmune, brain fog, muscle weakness, etc., please get tested for the MTHFR gene! It will actually show you the diseases you are pre-determined and pre-disposed to getting! Eat an abundance of animal protein and fats, take folate and other neuron building supplements. Build muscle at gym, do 24 hour fasting 2-3 X a month and you can actually turn off pre-disposed diseases and make them almost dormant. Cancer, diabetes, metabolic issues, etc. The reason some people who live a normal "healthy" lifestyle get diseases and other who lets say, smoke, drink, eat fast food don't- is simpy because of genes. That means those with the MTHFR genes have to take extra specific measures like cut out all sugars, eat mostly meat/animal fat forever and live an ultra healthy lifestyle- not just normal or even "healthy" by worlds standards. This will greatly greatly improve quality of life for as long as the Lord gives us to serve Him! 🙏

Hi Mandy! I thought about you today becuase I use to watch your older videos on CFS. I have been on my own health journey trying to figure out the cause of my ill health. I'm looking into getting tested for the MTHFR gene. It can give you an accurate profile of your genes and healrh profile, thus, getting more answers than questions about your health. Have you looked into getting that tested? Hope you're feeling better. I have read notherhood can re-set your genes or perhaps heal some things internally. How are you doing now? I've also adapted the carnivoure diet, which has helped tons with my health, which is ironic because you eat paleo, which is basically carnivoure. Please consider getting tested for the MTHFR gene. Please pray for me as well regarding fertility. I'm almost 38 and have no children yet! Blessings to you.
