Palette Play from Cathy Johnson

Here are my basic palettes that live in my little shed studio at all times...I grab whichever one suits my mood and the need at hand. (And actually the little Altoids-tin ones do get out in the world...as do the White Nights...)

Several people I admire use the St. Pete White Nights and I wondered if there was a difference between St. Pete White Nights and just plain White Nights.

+mary w, not that I know of...I think St. Petersburg is the brand or manufacturer and White Nights is the type, maybe? Russian speakers, help, is that right?

+Cathy Johnson Yes that is right! "White Nights" is basically a sub-title. I love these watercolors; they are wonderful! They do not lighten much when dry - they are very saturated and rich colors.
