Ah yes, a trailer showing "players" in all their interesting, more diverse outfits, but the reality is that unless you pay for premium outfits you look like every other generic peasant. And the pets? Premium. Poor representation of the average player experience.

I was pretty into the game before learning that the devs are ex-Blizzard and ex-Riot devs with big financial backing. Not going to support a freemium playstyle when they're not an indie studio. Maybe I'd consider buying a pet or outfit if I were wanting to support a small studio, but they've already got the big budget while also using the big company's predatory selling tactics! With that said it's insulting to see people arguing FOR studios to nickle and dime you. Oh well, you get what you argue for. I can go buy a full game right now for the same price as one cat pet. Honestly rather just do that.
