What is the fluid placed on the toothbrush? Is it straight water? It does not act like alcohol. Just cleaning the corrosion from the sides of each chip makes it function abnormally. Or normally if cleaned away. Not sure what happens under the chips when corrosion is present around the balls. Dipping the brushes under the chip sides reduces the corrosion a bit. It really seems to work for you but the most spectacular saves I have seen you do is to not reball the chips with a stencil but to remove the no lead solder from one of the chip faces and use the remaining solder to put the chip back. My guess is early failure from cracking as poor solder material and not enough without reballing.

Marami Lang po yata ng nagpapagawa ng mga 1050ti..pero halos ng repair ko na 1050 series ay nagagawa, compare sa ibang repair ko na mga RX model. Halos not repairable.
