Hi, little advice, when pcb still hot after take off the ram modules and prob for data lines under core from ram module pads it can trick u. Solder cracks under the core may touch each other when pcb hot. Put it a freezer and prob it when cold and u can sure the repair job dont came back to u few months later. I love ur videos by the way, keep it up, sry for my english.

hello my friend, i believe my comment was removed from here because I sent in Ali Express Links I want to ask a couple of questions if thats okay :) How Hot do you set your hot air station? At 10:27 and At 10:56 what do you put on the chip? Is it NC-559-ASM-UV Flux? At 11:10 what do you put on the iron? Is it Leaded Solder of Lead Free Solder? At 13:40 what do you put on the brush? Is it NC-559-ASM-UV Flux? And if I buy a chip from Ali Express K4Z80325BC-HC14, do I need to reball the chip or no? The Hot Air station is at 420c with 60% Airflow. At 10:27 and 10:56 I put NC-559-ASM-UV flux. At 11:10 it is leaded solder. At 13:40 is used AD-559 Mechanic Flux If you are buying chips from AliExpress they come reballed so you don't have to reball. But I prefer to reball with leaded solder and keep.

NC-559 is also ok. The idea is that flux should not get burnt while soldering or become hard. I also have NC-559 I have not used it yet just got it recently. I will try it soon. All my flux I get from AliExpress.
