You wouldn't happen to know if this is safe to use on dynamic ropes such as climbing ropes?

Hi there, I'm sorry that I'm not a climber and have no experience with climbing ropes. The idea of using a blunt needle is to not cut or damage any fibres, just to create a gap for the thread. I tied a different whipping in braided rope with a needle, but not sure if it would be suitable for climbing ropes, if you want to check it out here is the link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqDFe4BpnLGSd9E
