Ingredients:
1/3 cup palm fruit pulp
1 & 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon corn flour
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
-Begin by boiling 2 cups of milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and stir until it dissolves.
-Once the milk is hot and bubbly, add 1 cup of palm fruit pulp. Stir well to combine.
-In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of corn flour with 1/4 cup of water to make a smooth slurry.
-Slowly pour the corn flour slurry, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
-Cook for a few more minutes until the pudding thickens.
-Once thickened, transfer it to serving bowls or a mould and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
-After the pudding has chilled and set, it's ready to serve.
