What a hike that one was! I always enjoyed hiking with you! San Jacinto has been my favorite peak for the spectacular view from the top! It was a perfect day for the hike! The tram ride itself was pretty good seeing 360’ view of the mountain!

What a treat on my Sunday morning! Taking a break from working on the truck in the driveway and I see you've posted a new video! And it's about one of our favorite places, Mt. San Jacinto. And, you are traveling with Suri, another favorite of mine KZbin! Yes, we've been up the tramway. Last time was in the mid-80's, before the fancy rotating gondolas. We did many backpacking trips up there, but we usually hiked in from the west side (Devil's Slide Trail). In the winter, we took the tram up to do cross country skiing. We've never made it to the peak, though, so I'm looking forward to your future video on that. Take care, and thanks for sharing!

That sounds awesome! I heard the trails coming up the other side are fantastic too. You should definitely do the peak one day, it was a great hike, and yes it'll be out next week.

Not for the faint of heart! The big jolts at some of the towers was very nerve wracking lol

This type of tram is common at big ski areas. Whistler Blackcomb Brittish Columbia has a similar tram That crosses a deep canyon and at one point is 2,500 feet above the river, It allows you get from one ski resort to the other in about 15 minutes and having access to both ski areas allows you to ski all day and never ski the same run.

Hiking the Skyline Trail from the art museum to the top of the tram has its own issues, and is MUCH more dangerous than the tram.
