Pro: Ocean Views for a fraction of Malibu, Schools, property sizes, safety, police department, horse community, beach life, biking trails, golf. Great video.

Cons: not many choices if you want a 30m mansion. LOL.

Biggest cons: very far from the freeway and there is little commerce in the city, not much to do, restaurants are not good. Biggest pro: it is beautiful

Unfortunately the biggest obstacle I hear right now for buying a home in Southern California is affordability. I love running in Palos Verdes, but I could not afford living there
