As a pediatric dentist , i recommend stopping 'night breast feeding' after one year plus. This is in accordance to the swallowing pattern which needs to change, tongue posture, and mouth breathing. This part is correct with the US , UK culture... You may make the child sleep with you but not breast feed post 1st bday.
