Back in the 90's there was a cover band in the Cambridge and Princeton, MN area. The woman in the band Wendy Reid was a good looking red head and a real good singer too! She would do this song among others. The bands name was REDD NIXX. They don't exist anymore as a band.

What a fun song! Pam is so great. Funny detail at 2:32 -- it's always "mi vida locA" with an "a" because "vida" is a feminine word. Pam sings "loco" to make it fit a guy. Whatever! Flaco Jiménez coulda burned an accordion solo on this and it would fit perfectly.
