Tips to get that squat up baby: Form first before weight, make sure your hitting parallel AT LEAST, it's hard to tell from that back view but record a side view of you squatting and see if your hips fall parallel with your knees. Use flat shoes. Squatting with Nike free runs like that is like squatting on top of a mattress. Converse are good and will keep your feet flat on the ground if you're not willing to spend the money to get squat shoes (Nike romaleos or adipowers) When you start going heavier, use a weightlifting belt, your lower back will thank you in the long run and it will definitely keep your core tight. Don't look in the mirror because you'll tend to critique your form while doing the squat. Take that deep breath in when you go down and explode at the bottom blowing out all that breath. But then again, if youre not that serious about improving your squat, disregard this. This is all just advice, do whatever the FUCK you wanna do.

Just some friendly advise: try doing hip abductors exercises to help with your knees caving in while squatting. Also work on ANKLE MOBILITY. It will help you hit deeper and more comfortable squats. Lastly with the stiff legged deadlift, it's ok to have bend in your knees but it looks like youre doing a little too much and taking off tension on the hamstrings.
