I have a heel problem too and I've been going through so much stress but not my stress...I'm an empath and take on other family members pains. I also need to lose weight.....sugars also run high when I sleep. I remember a book called its not what your eating, it's what's eating you. Wisdom!! I love gurus.....lol walked away from 25 years religion after an awakening after my mom died. I feel closer to God.

ugh that diet thing....i have it too....i can only eat certain things..my body straight up refuses,,my staple lately is dried cherrys,,,and nuts found out thru spirit bout auruvedic....i m unlearning how not to eat at all...i naturally just fast,,food...is not ..does not give me energy ...its only been for distracting fun for my taste buds.....
