To all of you wondering if this works: I had an eating disorder for about a year.I was so so skinny and I was extremly weak. Then I started eating more and I was slowly healing. After half a year, I was better and so much healthier again. But I still was not happy with my body because I felt like I literally had no butt. So I started doing Pams workouts, that was about March 2019. I did the 10 min booty workout and the 2and1 flat belly and round booty workout about 3-4 times a week. After 3 months, I saw a great differnce. Then she uploated this workout. I was so impressed when I did it because I saw how much stronger I had become. I loved this workout so much and I did it a lot of times. After a time, I nearly only did this 20min workout because i liked it the most. Now, we have december 2019. During the whole time since this one here came out, I have not had one week without this workout, sometimes I feel all the views are mine haha. Since Sommer, I am doing this workout 3 times a week, like I never ever miss it. Sometimes I also do the 2in1 workout. I have never ever felt so good in my body and I am just so so proud. I am so strong like my legs and my butt are REALLY strong and I feel sooo good. And well, I have to admit, my butt also looks great haha. Like its a HUGE difference and everybody compliments me about it. I also gained like 4 kg, of course it also some fat, but like me butt is always the way i wanted it to be and I am so confident about it. Pam, I am so thankful! And for everyone wondering if they should do it: DO IT!! IT WORKS!!! It needs time and patience, but trust me, the sweat is worth it!

IT WORKS!!!!! First day, I stopped after 10 minutes (so painful) Second day, I did full 20 minutes but (I was dead) Third day, difficult still (felt sick after) One week after still difficult, but I didn’t gave up because I saw the results. This is my second week, and I can see my legs muscles no joke, My appetite has increased, I eat a lot more. Is amazing!!!! I couldn’t see this results even when I was going gym and paying 85£ a month. One big secret guys, do not give up!!! Do not skip, if you need a day break that’s fine muscles need rest but don’t become lazy after that. Remember if it doesn’t challenge you than It doesn’t change you. I must admit this workout is REALLY tough but I did this for a month now and Im already seeing results! Like I was flat like flat flat but now I really see a curve and my booty grow! I promise u this workout is the most effective one I've ever tried! Give it a go, u don't have to do everything without a break I personally still can't do all of it without little breaks but u get better and better and it's such a great feeling to know u did it through this workout even when ur body was giving up! I believe in u!

Guys i did this workout right now and will update you everyday for a month..... DAY 1: Was dead for sure as i dont do booty much!😫 Paused videos a lot!(Plank to jump squats and lunge pulses were killer!!!!) DAY 2: My butt was sooo sore! But I still did this w/o somehow,paused sometimes 😅. Obviously not a drastic change its just day 2 but I will keep on going. DAY 3: Guys today was pretty amazing as i paused video twice and I enjoyed the w/o. I saw tranformation videos yesterday so that I dont stop. I felt a very little change in my butt(its a little stronger and tight). Day 4:Guys its actually getting a little better. I feel a change in my butt its stronger than before. Now I'm not dying😅 DAY 5: Today was the best day I did it almost without pausing. NO SORENESS and I am feeling so strong than before. I also did Pamela's other booty w/o. DAY 6: Sorry guys I couldn't update for the past 2 days as I was a little sick and couldn't do the w/o but today I did it and its getting better and better everyday and also I did it without pausing the video even though I was sick for the last 2 days😅😋. DAY 7: First of all i cant believe i have been doing this for a week now as i am not really regular with w/o but i am seeing results and that's what motivates me to be regular(I think). I have only been doing this workout for about a month or so, but I can say it really helps. I naturally have an okay sized booty, but it is not muscle, it’s fat. I already feel much stronger in my legs. I do this workout nearly everyday, sometimes I throw in the ten minute booty workout or the 2-1 workout. But, personally this one works best. It has also helped me get rid of my hip dips a bit. It has really helped me. So if anyone I’m the comments is wondering if they should continue: PLEASE DO, it will really boost your confidence. This is amazing I started this because this was a insecurity of mine because i was bullied a lot for it and really the change i am having makes me cry. I was a very skinny girl and wasn’t the same body as most of the girls in my school and thats was when it started and that really make me hate my body for it. I have only been a week on this and it really change fast i am getting curves and looking so much better and its making me fell so confident too keep doing this i really recommend this.I have a condition and I thought i will allways stay like that and really make me hate my self for it put now i fell really confident and i really wanna thank you for this and never quit❤️

okay anyone who needs to hear this: I've started working out with Pam with the beginning of quarantine in Russia (the end of March), trying her different videos and damn! my body never looked better. I could see first results in a week I guess. Even though I had never really had serious problems with weight, I can see how my body changed - my belly, my legs, my booty especially - and I love it more than I ever did. GUYS THIS WORKOUT REALLY WORKS, I’ve been doing it for 10 days now with resistance bands and I can see an amazing difference in my booty, I also did pamela’s other booty workout (the 10 minute one) and the results are incredible!

IT WORKS! After 3 months of this workout ( 5 times a week), I finally have the booty of my dreams. And not only booty, my legs also look nicer than ever before. The first month, I didn't really see any changes but I was like: "It hurts, so it must be working." The next month I could see there was more and more muscle while the fat was slowly being reduced. By the end of the second month, I got a pretty nice shape but I wanted it to be a little bigger, so I continued. Now I'm happy with what I have, I've never been so confident, I've received a lot of compliments and Pamela became my true hero. ❤ I only do this workout 2-3 times a week now - to stay in shape, as I'm focusing on my arms and belly. Good luck to everyone! Be patient and consistent. You can't change the body you've been building for years in a few seconds. (I'm not a native English speaker, I sound smarter in my first language, I swear xdd)

I've got to admit it. Chloe is nothing compared to pamela. Pamela is way more intense than Chloe. I finished 12 challenges from chloe and I've got to tell you that her challenges are nothing like that. It has been 7 months that I have been training with pamela and I saw Great results. But that doesn't mean that Chloe is not good enough. She helped me get through quarantine and I truly thank her. But pamela has helped me surpass my limits and ofc overcome them. I've got to thank them both no matter the circumstances 🙏. Just keep up guys even if it's really hard just keep going you got this

Maybe start with the beginner leg and booty workout. There’s no shame in doing the beginner workouts. Don’t give up, it WILL get easier and then you will see results :)

To motivate myself, i'm gonna make this workout each day for one month and tell yall about the results. Day 1: im sweating, but its okay. I paused a loooot. Cant do the jump squats because my knees, but im doing normal squats. Also, i cant to the glute bridge with one leg, so im doing it with 2 Day 2: i fckn hate jump squats. But okay, i did it Day 3: it got soooo much easier. Idk today felt realllllyyyy good :) Day 4: rest day ooops Day 5: im doing good, i am able to enjoy the workout so thats a progress Day 6: really killed it yeahhhh Day 7: felt pretttyyyy good, my butt is more defined Day 8: guys im doing sooo good. Seredy Valentin not a pro at all, but I would advise you to focus on the feeling of your muscle for example when you want to sit on a chair. try to lower yourself verryyy slowly near the end, and you should feel that the muscles on your butt are working harder. then, try to mimic this “working even harder” feeling while doing squats for example, by compressing your butt muscles when doing the movement and focusing your weight on your heels. no idea if that was clear haha, but hope it helped!

let me just say, I had spare 20 mins before dinz so searched up a 20 min butt workout and this was the first one that popped up. never even heard of this lady but since i was vibing to the music i was like hey I'll give it a shot. 5 mins in I'm like wait she really out here with no breaks and continuous exercise? but ok I'll challenge myself 2021 soon and hey new year new me.. finally thought it was over after what seemed like forever but HELL NO it was just a little break in the middle of the 20mins?? and MORE jump squats at the end??? damn this workout made me sweat and pamela, my boss lady queen I will ALWAYS remember your name also thanks for kicking my butt I'm ready for dinner now lol

I did this after the 10 mins glute activation workout, I was questioning myself the whole time! And sorry pam, I took break after 5 mins in. Those jump squats are killing me 😂 Day on/off. Im doing this on 2nd time. Still died during every jump squats 😂
