To those who don't follow her on instagram, she lost her camera card and even after searching it for 6 hrs, she couldn't find it and it contained her precious photographs and this workout which was filmed before. If you dont know, doing some kind of exersice while staying home is very important to many people and their mental health so yeah she helps us to stay sane and healthy like doctors and nurses..by the way,prevention is a big issue for our healthsystem and thats way more effective and could save many people from common diseases.. even cancer can be beaten better by a strong and healthy body which can be archieved by exersice and nutrition ,than a sick one

I’ve been following her sweaty 45min program for 2 weeks (this is my third week) and before that I did the beginner friendly program for a week My booty is the biggest it has ever been, and I’m starting to see some shadows where my abs should be and I’m overall less bloated in general (I’m on the thin side to begin with but I’ve gained some fat on my stomach during lockdown but I never in my life had my abs show up even when I workout)

Peope like you are what make the world a better place lol. I have limitations and some moves I just can't get good form in so I prefer to substitute them or modify things I can't do to something I can that will work the same area, so having a list of the exercises is something that is so valuable to me and others who also have limitations. Like i don't prefer to jump, I feel like the jumping actions compromises my form so no jump squats for me, just regular squats or a variation that's not jumping. I never really feel the good mornings so I can substitute that whole exercise with something else. Having a simple list of the exercises is so helpful in figuring out what subs or mods I'm going to do before the move comes. Thank you so much!

so basically a girl in my grade asked me if i worked out. i told her i used to but i don’t as much anymore. she proceeded to tell me that i need to workout or “ill get fat”. DONT be this person. and if you ever find yourself is a situation like this, DONT listen to this person. this was just so extremely rude that i still can’t wrap my head around why someone would say this! the only reason im working out today is to move my body in ways that i like and to ultimately get stronger- your whole point of working out should not be to please other people or to make your body “better”! LOVE your body. it does so many wonderful things for you! don’t listen to other people. and when you see people being rude, say something! im so tired of this society, and how some (terrible) people believe that you have to meet certain body standards to be “beautiful”. you DONT. you are beautiful no matter what! it’s okay to want to be healthy, but when you start to want to change your body just for societies sake, it’s not okay! anyway, there’s my rant for the day. i hope this makes sense as it’s pretty late rn and im just sick of thinking about this. i hope you all have a FANTASTIC day and remember to be grateful for the body that you have, as it’s absolutely GORGEOUS.

Honestly, booty band with these exercises increases the thigh work for me which makes it hard to focus on the glutes. That's why I prefer her old 20min booty workout with weights more. It burnes the booty like no other! Hope this is of use to you xx

I am doing this routine for the third time now and I realize that I enjoy the changes in position (floor/standing up) gear (dumbbells, booty band, none), slow and fast movements (squat jumps). This routine is really switching it up and renders the exercise varied and entertaining. Time is flying by (except when I hit the pause button to recover). Really well put together and well presented!
