This house is bitchin. Well worth the money. I see some people saying it's too overpriced. Have you seen the houses being listed for 100 million and above in Kenya? Most of them are overly ambitious with the price while the design would only be considered attractive if it was made in the 1970s. This is a proper modern contemporary home. I like it. But the video was too short.i felt there's a lot that was left out

Mod. germanic -like design. On a long term basis in Nairobi the flat roof might present a challenge. With a light touch, but on a note of compliment, the sale pitch can surely sell sand to a desert dweller
