I tried it 4 times, the first time , many years ago, was amazing, however, every time after that, the quality went down, I could tell that they gave us a lot flavored meat ( wrap with bacon, with burgundy sauce etc) good quality meat only needs salt, nothing else. I am addicted now to Galpao Gaucho across from the Wynn in that shopping center ( I can't recall the name) , I tried this one several times and the quality remained excellent, please, try it.

Galpao Gaucho in the Fashion Show Mall is in another league when compared to Pampas. We payed $24.50 per person at Pampas and $69 per per at Galpao Gaucho. You definitely get what you pay for in this scenario. For the money, I did enjoy Pampas.

Now this is a restaurant for carnivores. No fake food (i.e. plant based with 10 or more chemicals with names nobody can pronounce.) Everything look delicious.

Seems like they tried to fill you guys up with chicken (I noted from the video they came around more than once with the chicken before offering beef items) and pork and sausage. They seemed to be a bit stingy with the beef, and it’s disappointing to hear their garlic sirloin was tough to chew. Still, the price is fair, and I guess it would not be fair to expect the same level of meat offerings as the Brazilian BBQ places that are much more expensive. Anyway, I enjoyed the video (as well as your sound of disgust after introducing the beets hahaa

Fogo de chao, texas de brazil and galpao gaucho is way better. Check those out if you want more meat option plus faster service. I really want to try pampas but after seeing this video I don’t think I will spend my money at Pampas. Subscribed.

Bart Simpson is wrong. If I was at this buffet I would have a cow, man. Great way make up for the vegan buffet. I live in a Brazilian neighbourhood. Brazilian cheese bread is delicious (but still don't eat it). Brazilians know how to cook meat. It all looked fantastic, and the price is right for a beef feast like this. Just one thing. There was some crab salad here and no seafood at all at the vegan buffet (of course). We know that you two LOVE your seafood so I"m hoping your next buffet is packed with king crab, lobster and no whelks. If I ever get back to Vegas, this place is now a must for me. Thanks for showing it to us.

Try Fogo de Chao. For lunch u can do their market table. Now $18. Includes cold cuts and cheese but tons of awesome salads, artichoke, heart of palm, papaya, etc.
