awesome, loss !! Hair looks great. I still haven't got mine done for over a yr., Longest my hair has been since 1980-82. Awesome non food pressies. Onwards & upwards !! i am still maintaining, over a month now, lot hard when there is only 2 lbs to go. I am doing my YT channel, & watching u & others i love & have helped me, along the way, esp. Chef AJ. & i batch cook, eat & exercise, mostly outside, in the fire wood, play with my 2 kitties. take care hon, u are looking great by the way 👍💪🙏💖🥔🍠

Good morning, Here are my favorite things to do to treat myself. I love going for long walks with my dog, take a nice hot bubble bath every night, read a great book, knit, make a creative date with myself once a week (this is where I look for artistic outlets i.e. going to a museum, art gallery , or crafty thing like painting a new ceramic bowl. I think most of us are people pleasers and caring for myself joyfully is my way of putting myself in the equation. Thank you for your honesty, I know I have been in the ditch often.

I get my hair cut no more than twice a year. Lol I HATE going to the beauty shop and all the stupid small talk that is only replaced with an awkward silence if you don't partake in the small talk.

Does your friend have an online shop you can share? I love that soap and scrubbie idea for plastic free! And it’s handmade?? Wowww. For having some me time I like to take a bath and add epsom salt in the tub and light some candles while I soak in the steamy darkness !
