There are several cases like this- Subramanian, 2.Subramani 3.S Mani 4.S.Manian and so on. Government has only one name. The concerned person has to take necessary action for correction. The PROBLEM IS CREATED BY THE PEOPLE AND NOT BY THE GOVERNMENT

If you are an income tax payer you have to link your PAN card with Aadhar card. If the names are different it will not link. So you better change the name in Aadhar as in PAN card.
